I was at a restaurant the other day and the sommelier came over and started telling us about how this wine would pair with this food… you know.

I eventually just looked at him and laughed. What does he know?

Yeah he studied for years, has tasted millions of wines, and taken tests that very few do, but, I mean, what could he possibly know that I don’t?

And this is the problem with the culture in our country right now.
